Insurance and Payment Options:

We are pleased that many of our patients have an insurance policy that helps to supplement the cost of treatment. We will gladly help you maximize your benefits.

Our office policy is to receive payment when services are rendered. We will submit all the necessary insurance paperwork to ensure your direct reimbursement. A payment is required and all reimbursements will be made to the patient.

We are in-network with the two insurance companies listed below. Currently, we are in the process of becoming a participating provider with other plans.

                           

We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash and personal checks.     

For our patients' convenience we have arranged a payment plan through a CareCredit that helps our patients receive their treatment in a timely manner.
